About SHARP Workplaces

The Sexual Harassment Advice, Response, and Prevention for Workplaces (SHARP Workplaces) project aims

  • to increase public knowledge about workplace sexual harassment,
  • to develop employers’ and workers’ skills, confidence and ability to deal with workplace sexual harassment and help to prevent it, and
  • to improve access to legal supports and resources for people who experience workplace sexual harassment.

“SHARP Workplaces fills an important need in British Columbia. Workers and employers throughout the province can now access crucial information on rights and responsibilities related to sexual harassment in the workplace as well as best practices in prevention and response.”
